We operate a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items in completely unused, original condition, with all product tags and original packaging perfectly intact. To initiate a return, please apply for a return authorization through our official customer service channels.

Can customized jerseys be returned or exchanged?

Because personalized jerseys featuring specific player names, custom text, or numbers are tailored exclusively for you, they are exempt from standard return or exchange policies. Returns for these items are not accepted unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or quality issue. We urge you to double-check all personalization details thoroughly before submitting your order.

How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?

Once your return package is delivered to our facility and verified to meet our standard return criteria, processing takes approximately 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used. The exact timeline for the funds to reflect in your balance rests entirely on your banking institution's policies.

Am I responsible for return shipping expenses?

Responsibility for shipping fees depends on the reason for the return:

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, style preference, or an incorrect size choice, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not levy additional administrative or handling fees for processing returns.
