All manufacturer tags and labels must remain securely attached, and the product must be returned inside its original manufacturer's packaging. Please ensure you enclose a brief note indicating your order details and whether you request a refund or a size exchange.
Note: Failure to comply with these original packaging and tag instructions will result in a 10% restocking fee deducted from your processed refund.
Personalized shirts cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This strict policy applies to any jersey that has been customized with specialized name-sets, specific numbers, or tournament patches. This includes both pre-selected famous player names/numbers and custom text typed into the printing fields at checkout.
In rare instances, returns for pre-selected player shirts may be reviewed at the sole discretion of our management. If authorized, any approved refund will exclude the initial printing/customization costs, and exchanges will incur a re-printing surcharge alongside the standard return shipping fee.
If your received product has a manufacturing fault, it must be reported and returned to us promptly. Customers must reach out within 10 working days of delivery ensuring all inner/outer packaging and original tags are perfectly intact.
